Junior Achievement Hall of Fame event set for Feb. 25

By Staff | Jan 14, 2021

Junior Achievement of Southwest Florida is announcing it will host its annual Hall of Fame event virtually on Thursday, Feb. 25, beginning at 6:45 p.m. An even grander event, this will be the first time Junior Achievement of Southwest Florida hosts a combined event, honoring laureates from both Lee and Collier Counties simultaneously.

The prestigious acknowledgment honors influential, visionary leaders from the business community that have made a significant impact, created new opportunities, and elevated the educational landscape for youth in their communities in regard to financial literacy, entrepreneurship, and work-readiness. These individuals will join a distinguished group who have been inducted into the Business Hall of Fame since its founding in 1999.

To register to attend the event, visit https://event.gives/jahof. That same link will provide guests access to the virtual event beginning at 6:45 p.m. on Thursday, Feb. 25.

Sponsors make a difference in the lives of local students and are recognized in a multitude of ways before, during, and after the event.

IBERIABANK is the presenting sponsor for the event. Title Professionals of Florida is the Diamond sponsor and Publix Super Market Charities is the Platinum sponsor. Gold sponsors include BB&T & McGriff Insurance, Broad-way Palm Dinner Theatre, Edison National Bank, Naples Daily News, and News-Press.
