* Promote and support economic development along with aiding existing business

* Set tone of cooperation and conciliation to build more pride among city council members, staff and employees

* Get qualified Cape Coral citizens involved in community development

* Help restructure city government to provide citizens needs efficiently without a tax increase’

* support beautification projects in the city

* Work on road improvement throughout the city

* Stop wasteful spending and debt

* UEP

3. leadership role:

* Run city council meetings in an orderly manner

* Be an ambassador for city

* Be a negotiator to achieve goals for city

4. UEP:

* Area 6 and 7 should be re-bid

* Set a three-year plan for Areas 1-8 for water and set up account for users to pay $500 per year toward cost

* Have city do the work with contract employees who have worked on sewer and water projects that are now out of work

5. budget priorities:

* Review impact fees

* Review all contracts

* pass reasonable millage rate

* Review all surplus property the city does not need or use

* Review all line items in budget
