Bishop Verot 30, Port Charlotte 16: Chris Graves made his first appearance for the Vikings (2-2) a big one, catching two touchdown passes from Carter Smith (80 and 18 yards), and also intercepting a pass and taking it back 7 yards for a TD. Smith scored on a 2-yard quarterback keeper and Deaglan Camron added a 21-yard field goal. Graves, a University of Miami commit, caught 9 passes for 186 yards, and blocked a kick for good measure. Port Charlotte (1-2) led 16-9 at the half, but was outscored 21-0 over the final two periods. Friday’s game started at 9:15 p.m. due to the storms that led to three West Zone games being postponed.

Legacy Charter 51, Oasis 7: Isaiah Lozada returned a kickoff for the Sharks’ touchdown. He also had four pass receptions. Jacob Hall led Oasis in tackles.

Ida Baker at North Fort Myers, ppd.: The two teams will try again at 6 p.m. Monday.

Estero at Mariner, ppd.: This game has also been moved to Monday, tentatively kicking off at 7 p.m.

Cape Coral at Fort Myers, ppd.: Oct. 8 is the scheduled makeup date for the Seahawks and the Green Wave.

Oasis 22, SW Florida Christian 2: The Sharks’ Jill Maier finished first in the 200-yard individual medley (3:45.53), Samantha Clay won the 50 freestyle (33.23), and Sophia Penta captured the 100 breaststroke (1:32.48). The Sharks also won the 200 freestyle medley with Clay, Mackenzie Jackson, Maier, and Penta (2:54.09); and the 400 freestyle relay with Clay, Barr, Maier, and Penta (5:41.80). Record: Oasis 2-1.

Oasis 41, SW Florida Christian 16: Oasis freshman Lucas Quintana won the 200 freestyle (2:23.36), Jared Bieniasz touched the wall first in the 50 freestyle (26.42) and 100 freestyle (1:00.09), and Owen Atkins won the 100 breaststroke (1:42.36). Record: Oasis 2-1.
