Postponement forces Miracle doubleheader
Friday night’s scheduled game between the Tampa Yankees and the Fort Myers Miracle was postponed due to unplayable field conditions and impending weather in Southwest Florida.
The’s game was rescheduled as part of a doubleheader Saturday night featuring two seven inning games. The first game begins at 5:05 p.m. and the second game follows approximately 30 minutes after the completion of game one.
Fans can exchange tickets from Friday night’s game for any non-fireworks regular season home game for the remainder of the 2015 schedule. For a $2 upgrade fee, fans can use their tickets for fireworks games on Aug. 15 and Aug. 29.
Gates for Saturday’s doubleheader open at 4 p.m. and the first 500 kids 12 and under will receive a drawstring backpack courtesy of KOHL’s and B103.9 FM.
