Dunbar cracks Verot 51-36
Thaddeus Ward connected for a game-high 14 points Monday night as Bishop Verot was handed a double-digit setback by Dunbar 51-36.
The Tigers were led by Chris Sutherland and Zekiel Rose, who shared game scoring honors with Ward with 14 points. Stephen Wagner added 11 for the Vikings (9-10), who travel to Community School of Naples on Thursday.

Bishop Verot 6, Estero 1: Weston Cole and Nathan Powers each scored two goals Monday night to propel Bishop Verot to victory at Estero.
Jimmy Dwyer and Landon Howell also scored for the Vikings, who got nine saves from goalkeeper Michael Hafele.
The Vikings (14-3-1) travel to First Baptist in Naples Tuesday night.
