Five locals selected to Florida Under-19 rugby squad
Austin Luby, Andrew Iverson, Shawn Argoe Matt Russell and John-ny Lindsey of the Cape Blackhawks have been selected to the Florida Rugby Under-19 squad that will compete in the Rocky Mountain Chal-lenge in Denver from June 18- 21.
The Florida All-Stars, “The Juice,” are made up from teams all over the state, both high school and college players.
The Rockey Mountain Challenge is in its 10th season, and is one of the premier youth events in the USA Rugby calendar.
Coaches and scouts from USA Rugby have used the event in the past to identify potential players for the youth national team programs.
