TOPSoccer is a U.S. Youth Soccer program created to provide a caring soccer environment in which to train and coach young people with disabilities. Waldron, who plays competitive soccer at Gulf Middle and the Cape Coral Soccer Association, is one of the volunteer “buddies” helping every Saturday from March through May.
