Baker hosts Breast Cancer Awareness Soccer Game

1 min read

The Ida Baker High School girls soccer team will host their annual breast cancer awareness game Monday at 6 p.m. against Evangelical Christian. Tickets to the game are $3 with a portion of the proceeds and other donations going to the National Breast Cancer Foundations. Fans are asked to wear as much pink as possible.

This year’s event will serve as a special memorial tribute for Francois Prudhomme DeLodder, a soccer coach at ECS, who passed away recently from pancreatic cancer. At the end of the game, the Bulldogs will award the ECS team a pink tribute ball in honor of DeLodder.
