FGCU women 10th in Bradley
As the final round came to completion at the 32nd annual Pat Bradley Invitational Tournament in Fort Myers, the Florida Gulf Coast University women’s golf team was in 10th place on the leaderboard.
Freshman Briana Carlson was the top scoring Eagle, tying for sixth overall in the two-day, 54-hole event.
Moving into the final round of the tournament, the Eagles were tied for ninth with Drake. FGCU slipped to 10th place with a tinal tally of 915 (301-296-318). Furman finished ahead of all 13 other schools, submitting a score of 870 (290-288-292).
Carlson led the Eagles with a score of 217 (70-73-74). Also in the individual top 20, was junior Lina Elmsater, tied for 15th overall, with 222 (74-72-76).
It is the final tournament of the fall season for the FGCU women.
