Students from Kodokan Judo of Cape Coral competed in the USJF Yudanshikai tournament Sept. 19 in Miami. Sempei Mike Marino won three of five matches, taking second place in the adult division. Erica Paccione won all three of her matches and placed first. Christina Paccione won two for four to take second place, and Justin Bonsall earned third place in his division.
