High school football scoring correction
Mariner High senior Colt Masters returned a kickoff 85 yards for a touchdown in the fourth quarter of Friday’s game against Cape Coral at Tony McKenna Field.
The wrong player was credited with scoring the touchdown in Saturday’s Breeze.
Cape defeated Mariner 35-14 in the annual Black n’ Blue Bowl.
