Miracle play Stone Crabs in day game
The Fort Myers Miracle (3-0) look for their fourth straight win to begin the season when they face the Charlotte Stone Crabs at 1:05 p.m. Monday at Hammond Stadium. It’s the final game of the season-opening four-game series between the Miracle and Stone Crabs.
The Miracle won 11-6 Saturday night, before having an off day Sunday. The Miracle have now scored 27 runs in its first three games.
Ben Revere hit a home run, while 5-foot-3 dynamo Chris Cates showed great range at shortstop and went 3-for-5 at the plate Saturday.
