Classic Logo’s wins 45-Plus softball title
Classic Logo’s, managed by Steve Brennan, defeated Deponto Painting 13-12 Monday night to capture the Cape Coral 45-Plus softball fall league championship.
Deponto hunt tough throughout, but Classic Logo’s three-run rally in the bottom of the sixth inning clinched the victory.
The league’s 30-game winter season begins Jan. 5, playing on Monday and Thursday nights at BMX Park. Tryouts for new players, age 45 and older, are scheduled for 6 p.m. on Dec. 16 at BMX. The fee for the season in $75 per player.
