Cape chapter of Women’s

Council of Realtors recognized

The Cape Coral Chapter of the Women’s Council of Realtors was presented the award for being third in the nation in the large category for Retention of Members at the National Realtor Convention, May 15, in Washington, D.C. Danielle St. Onge (governor), Michele Schafer (district vice president), Barbara Keim (local chapter president), Michelle Deal (local resident elect) and Jean McGrath (treasurer) were there to accept the award and check for $200. The Women’s Council of Realtors is a nationwide community of more than 11,000 real estate professionals who include many of the best and brightest in the business. Maggiano joins Henderson

Franklin real estate team

Maggiano concentrates her practice in real estate matters, more specifically in the areas of condominium, homeowners’ and property association representation, residential and commercial purchase and sales transactions, real estate development, and other general real estate matters. She previously served as in-house counsel to a national homebuilder, and also worked with a management and financial consulting firm providing services to the real estate industry.

Kelley as project administrator

Stevens Construction has expanded its Fort Myers team with the addition of April Kelley as project administrator, announced Mark Stevens, company president. Waterman Broadcasting studio expansion

Owen-Ames-Kimball Company recently completed the Waterman Broadcasting studio expansion. The project included an 8,000-square-foot tilt-wall addition to the existing studio facility and demolition of the old studio space and atrium.

Interior improvements included a renovated lobby with new staircase and elevator, a new studio, an open-plan newsroom, edit booths, a new videographers’ office, green rooms, office space, an employee break room and restrooms. The project also included improved power, HVAC and fire suppression systems and a renovation of the former studio space for production and marketing staff.
