To the editor:

While Floridians do without basic water and power services, Gov. DeSantis is bravely scapegoating the power company, LCEC. You may recall the Truman administration’s motto: “the buck stops here”. Not for Ron. No issue is too pressing to be someone else’s fault. Despite Biden sending FEMA authorization for disaster relief a week BEFORE Ian hit, our governor was somehow caught flat footed. It is not too late to register to vote my friends.
