To the editor:

In reply to Dick Kalfus’ hopeful thought “It ain’t over till it’s over” published last month:

The writer tries reminding us of the things the president has done. Yes, some good things have been done, but isn’t that the reason he’s in that position?

MLK talked about “pride in the nation. The letter also talks about improved conditions for Black Americans.

Really?? Have you been here these past couple years, with the amount of unnecessary lootings, lawlessness and killing we’ve been faced with, especially towards the Black Americans mentioned?

Just in case anyone still wonders, it is over, except for the keep-back, expected from our sore-loser.

The disrespect mentioned towards the president seemed mostly in reply to his degrading others, and his “tweeting.”

Please write about something more worth-the-while.
