To the editor:

The election is upon us and big decisions have to be made!

On a National level I will point you to Donald J. Trump for reelection.

He has done a great job in his first term as President! He is draining the swamp, renegotiating deals that clearly were not in the best interest of Americans, and turned the economy around.

On a local level we need the following candidates elected to get Cape Coral on the right track!

In District 2 we need Dan Sheppard to be elected. He is fully qualified and fully informed on the issues confronting Cape Coral as he has attended Council Meetings for many years.

In District 3 we need Chris Cammarota to be elected. He is fully qualified and has been involved for many years and fully understands the issues confronting Cape Coral.

In District 5 we need Robert Welsh to be elected. Yes, he is a newbie but has proven himself to be the best qualified candidate for the position.

In District 7 we need to re-elect Jessica Cosden. She has done an outstanding job as a Councilperson. She has always thoroughly done her homework in studying the issues to come before Council and always has the resident’s back!

Please join me in re-electing President Trump. Please also join me by electing Dan Sheppard, District 2, Chris Cammarota District 3, Robert Welsh District 5 and re-electing Jessica Cosden in District 7.
