Cortese will serve tirelessly as Lee County Republican State Committeewoman
To the editor:
I am endorsing Doris Cortese for Lee County Republican State Committeewoman. Doris has been in politics for the last 45 years (never runningalways campaigning.) Her top accomplishment in politics was when she chaired a committee to get a hospital in her county in Ohio, and it passed after failing the two previous times. She has worked campaigns for councilmen, mayors, judges, governors, senators, congressmen and presidents.
Doris has been a member of Lee Republican Women Federated for the past four years and is its current president. She has served as a chaplain, assistant treasurer, membership chair and was recognized by the Republican Party of Florida, RPOF, as one of their top volunteers during the 2014 election cycle.
I believe that Doris would be dedicated and work tirelessly as Lee County Republican State Committeewoman.
