Trump’s flame out
To the editor:
One of the letters I’ve sent in on my never Trump campaign ended with a statement of “when the Trump movement flames out what a beautiful light show it will be.”
Well, folks, I do believe the flame out has started.
What I mean is, with the nomination for the Republican Presidential candidate wrapped up, this loud mouth, playground bully just can’t keep his mouth shut. More specifically, last week he’s given his own Republican Party the middle finger salute, insulting the Republican, Hispanic female governor of New Mexico, then he goes to California and tells those folks “there is no drought.” Now, you do understand those poor people have been living with this nightmare of a natural disaster for five years, it’s real. Any moron could figure that out be simply looking at the pictures of the lakes and rivers in that state. But oh no, not this idiot, he flies into California, has one of his one hour events and then flies out, speaking to a particular group and telling them exactly what they want to hear, a real trademark of all of his speeches.
I do think that if this bimbo was elected as President, this is how he would govern. Lord, have mercy on us all if that was to happen.
Now this week, he’s picked a major league fight with the press corps, calling them sleazy and dishonest. His rip off of those good, hard-working people who fell for his Trump University scam has been exposed. He has called a sitting Federal judge a Mexican and a hater of Trump, and he has solidified his stand on not releasing his tax records. What’s he hiding?
With two more days of this week left, to embarrass himself and his Party, what will he come up with next? News Flash. He did take advantage of the two days left in the week by pressing his stance on the judge in the Trump University case, therefore getting all kinds of negative feedback from his own party. Mainly from Paul Ryan, who had just endorsed him the day before? Hell, he even got a tongue lashing from Newt Gingrich.
Folks, if you don’t agree that the Republican Party is a screwed up mess by now, then you’re just kidding yourself. All of this nonsense is happening at the time that he has promised to “unify” the Party and play nice. Oh well, what would one expect from a pathological liar who never does what he said he’s going to do.
In closing let me ask all of you Thrumpsters and Trumpeetes who are so stupid (Trump’s word, not mine), that they are actually going to vote for this Carpetbagger. I can’t believe this. The really unbelievable part of this trip down the rabbit hole is that 10 million people have bought into what this carnival barker is selling.
One small problem for Trump, in 2012 it took Obama over 62.6 million votes to get elected. Now, pray tell, where in the hell is Trump going to come up with another 50 million votes? I know W.C. Fields said there is a sucker born every day, but 50 million of them? I don’t think so.
Right now he is maxed out with his supporter who will still be there next November. Where are the other voters going to come from? He has insulted major blocks of voters who are not going to come over to Trump’s side. The Latinos, the African Americans, the Indians, the Muslims, the handicap voters, the women’s vote, the Asian voters and many military personal. If there are any other he has missed to date, don’t worry he will find a way to drive them off by the elections. After all, he’s Donald Trump, the guy who needs nobody, listens to nobody, takes advice from nobody, refuses to play by any rules, says whatever is on his mind at the moment, even if that means saying something really stupid ,which he will never admit or back track.
So, let me ask again: Is this really the man you want to represent you as President of the United States? Does he have the level-headed character to be the leader of the free world?
Be careful of what you wish for.
After all, as of a month ago, Donald J. Trump is the undisputed leader of the Republican Party. Look at the damage he has done to the brand of Lincoln and Reagan in that one lousy month, let alone four years.
Just the thought of him having the nuclear code and the power to use it, should send an ice cold water through every citizen of the world.
Let the light show begin.
