Angry

To the editor:

Last week a number of people responded to my editorials by asking; “You sound so angry when you write about Washington, the Obama Administration, the Supreme Court, and the actions of the Congress. Are you really as infuriated as you sound.” My answer in all cases is….Yes, absolutely, I’m angry, big time.

I’m angry about Benghazi, where four Americans were slaughtered and not only did the administration and Hillary Clinton ignore their pleas for help, they then, for political reasons lied, to the American people, lied to the families, and then had the gall to call the families liars. It was a sickening and unforgivable disgrace!

I’m angry about the administration’s attitude towards the plight of the veterans. They talk about providing care for our heroes, babble all kinds of promises, and still veterans are dying while waiting for health care. It’s a shameful commentary on Obama politics.

And, on top of incredible inefficiency Veterans Administration employees were rewarded with bonuses amounting to millions of taxpayer dollars. Why those millions of dollars were not given towards veterans’ help or to our veteran heroes… It’s obvious that whoever authorized the rewards should be indicted for gross inefficiency.

I’m angry about an almost $20 trillion debt. In 2008 Mr. Obama criticized President Bush for our national debt, which amounted to $7 trillion at that time. He called President Bush un-American for the size of the debt. Mr. Obama promised to erase the debt in short order. Under Mr. Obama the debt is approaching almost three times greater and he’s sold out generations to come by way of his shady and dopey activities.

I’m angry about Hillary Clinton, while secretary of state, placing Americans and America at risk by utilizing her personal server for “convenience sake.” This is a woman who, instead of running for the White House, should be heading for the big house. These were not insignificant omissions, this was an uncaring, insensitive, unprofessional action that absolutely disqualifies her from holding any future public office.

And, I’m angry about abortions. Since the Roe V. Wade decision 50 million babies have been murdered. The Court, I’m sure, never intended abortion to be a matter of convenience. The intent was to end the pregnancy when the mother’s life was threatened, or when the baby could not survive the full term, or when the infant would be born with overwhelming defects. No one on the Court made murder a choice for anyone. And, now, with abortions being performed at the rate of more than 2 million each year no elected official has the guts to do the right thing by saying no more, abortions are absolutely immoral, and they must stop!

Let’s be clear about the murderous process; the baby is torn from the mother’s body, the skull is crushed, the body parts are chopped up and then “sold” to the highest bidder. It’s barbaric and America’s blackest mark!

You bet I’m angry. It’s because I’m an American and we need change quickly if we are to ever be able to preserve the integrity of this once great nation.
