A huge “thank you” goes out to all of the Holiday “Super Heroes” in Cape Coral for their generous donations of more than 100 toys that were collected and given to local children through the Marine Toys for Tots campaign.
In the holiday spirit of giving, we, at American Brokers Realty Group, also matched the number of toys donated by the community, bringing the total toys donated to 112 toys this year. All of the toys were delivered on Christmas Day to children in our area who are less fortunate than others, but equally deserving.
During the toy collection period, anyone that donated a toy could also register to win a gift card from a great local restaurant. We are happy to announce that this year’s $100 Gift Card winner is Kerri Bates from Cape Coral. We appreciate Kerri’s generosity and hope she enjoys a terrific lunch or dinner at Woody’s Surfside Island Rum and Grille! Woody’s has two locations in southwest Florida, one at The Shops at Surfside in Cape Coral, and the other on Stringfellow Road in St. James City. Woody’s not only has great food and drink, but also live music as well.
This is the fourth year that American Brokers Realty Group has worked together with the Marine Toys for Tots program to bring happy smiles to the many needy children in our area, and to ensure they also have a more joyful holiday. The American Brokers Realty Group team truly appreciates the generosity and support from their many clients, vendors and local residents that stopped by their office to drop off toys, and they are looking forward to an even more successful event next year!
