Wishing City of Cape Coral a Happy New Year?
To the editor:
Can’t wait to see what the city will do for the residents this year.
Look at the great year we had in 2014: New tax on electric bills, fire assessment tax, increase in property taxes, along with not getting a refund on storm water fees.
Instead the city purchased more land.
And gave a nice raise for city employees.
What did the residents get from all this – the bill?
Hope in 2015 people turn out to vote these people out of office, along with the city manager who needs another city to screw up.
