Thrown under the bus

To the editor:

I am convinced that the biggest racists this world has ever known are Obama, the Attorney General Holden, Al Sharpton, Jessie Jackson, Louis Farrakon, the House of Representative Black Caucus, the Mayor of NYC DeBlasio and all of their followers. They are in denial of the facts and the truth that has been put out there. All those pundits giving their opinions on what happened and/or what should have happened are full of hot air. They do not know what was happening at the time of confrontation with the perpetrators because they were not in the shoes of those police officers.

The mainstream media and unruly mobs expressed outrage after a grand jury declined to indict a New York City policeman in the death of Eric Garner. There is some significant information that has been overlooked but apparently the protestors do not seem to care about facts or the results of our legal system.

Garner was seen resisting an arrest for illegally selling untaxed cigarettes. If Eric Garner did not resist arrest, the outcome of this case would have been very different. He wouldn’t be dead today. When a person resists arrest the police officers have no recourse but to use physical force to overcome the resisting person or persons. A video showed clearly that Garner was swatting away the arms of the arresting officer and yelling “Don’t touch me.”

The facts do not matter to the protesters.

Garner, 43, had history of more than 30 arrests dating back to 1980, on charges including assault and grand larceny. Apparently Garner was out on bail after being charged with illegally selling cigarettes, driving without a license, marijuana possession and false impersonation.

The police officer is made out to be the offender.

Those mentioned above throwing the police departments from all over the United States under the buses do so to cover their political rears for their short comings. The police departments are out there every single day and night protecting our lives and our properties. Without them we would be living as they did in the Wild West. Apparently those racists want to live by the laws as they want them and not by the laws as we know them. I will be the first to acknowledge that the police departments are not 100 percent perfect but in our imperfect world they are doing the job they are paid to do. I am for peaceful demonstrations. For them to destroy businesses and property is going too far.

The mob in NYC yelling and screaming “WHAT DO YOU WANT” “DEAD COPS” “WHEN DO YOU WANT IT.” “NOW “should be prosecuted and sent to jail.

This unrest, in my opinion, is the handiwork of the administration with Al the Big Mouth Sharpton leading the way making money off of those who follow him. And the Attorney General going to have investigations to determine if civil rights were violated. Hot dog. How about this corrupt administration and its followers going to Chicago where hundreds of murders have been committed by blacks upon blacks and doing something constructive there? How about investigating the hundreds of police officers killed while on duty?

They will not because that does not fit into their plans to cause this country to be a constant riot mentality covering up the corruptions that have taken place. We all need to stand firm behind our police departments and let the local, state and federal politicians know that we will not stand for them helping the protesters destroy our foundation of laws and to respect the police officers as they perform the responsibilities of their jobs.
