Vote for the future

2 min read

To the editor:

Enough is enough. Throughout this campaign there have been many things said, misleading to the voters, our citizens. As the campaign comes to a close, it seems that those untruths are growing and growing.

I have had the honor to work with Mayor Jim Burch on his campaign and have traveled the “debate” circle for the past three months. As a 30-year resident of our city and someone who chooses to follow politics and vote at each election, I feel this is the most important election in our city!

Our city is a beautiful place to live, work and play. We have so much to offer the citizens. Do we have our faults? Sure, but what growing, young city doesn’t. I, for one, believe in being involved, working with others to resolve our issue and moving our city forward.

The residents and children of this community deserve leadership that will continue to grow our city so they can raise their children here; so they can work here and play here!

So, enough is enough! I hope that all the residents and voters will see through the campaigning and vote for the future of our city for the people who are forward thinkers and will be responsible to everyone the ones who are leaders!

Vote on Nov. 3 for Cape Coral’s future – vote Jim Burch, Dolores Bertolini, Kenneth “Marty” McClain and Kevin McGrail!
