Cape can cut UEP costs

How Cape Coral can cut water sewer and tertiary water install cost in half:

Recently I found, according to city water and sewer departments, that it is OK in their order of business to have two customers sharing a single connection to the service connections. Of course, each has their own water meter. Why, if this has been the policy, not continue to save the residents many dollars, in the disputed northwest, or wherever new lines have to be installed. This can be verified by simply asking either department about my statement.
