Cape Coral could become a ghost town

To the editor:

I can’t believe Cape Coral wants to put city water in at this time when so many people are losing their jobs and their homes. I guess they want Cape Coral to become a ghost town because they are driving people out. This was our paradise and now heartbreak. People that own property will be walking away from it because they can’t afford the assessments. Thanks to Cape Coral, now what do we have to look forward to? Losing our homes? Maybe people with good paying jobs have no problem but what about all the others who are just making it from day to day.
