New sewage processing plant another way to drain wallets

Now that Cape Coral has taxed its citizens to kingdom come and chased good homeowners from our city, with little regard to anyone, the answer to our problem will soon be a reality. So eat well Cape Coral. As soon your bodily waste will be turned to fertilizer, and your hard work will not benefit you. This venture will be at peak profit when the first pipes will be installed at city council seats, where fertilizer runs deep.
