David Scott Frame
David Scott Frame, 61, of Wheeling, WV, passed away on Tuesday, December 15, 2015, at Ruby Memorial Hospital, Morgantown, WV.
He was born in Wheeling, WV, on November 26, 1954 the son of Floretta Flo Florence Frame of Wheeling, WV, and the late James C. Frame, Jr who passed away in 1983.
David was retired from Ogden Newspapers after working there for 35 years. He was publisher of the Cape Coral Breeze from May 1987 to March 1991.
He was a member of Vance Memorial Presbyterian Church in Wheeling, WV. He attended Triadelphia High School and graduated from WVU.
He was a devoted son and brother and was known for his hard work, kindness and generosity. He was always there for you if you needed him.
In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by his sister, Deborah (Frame) Zinn.
In addition to his mother, he is survived by his brother, James C. Frame, III and his wife, Sherry of Wheeling, WV; a brother in law, William Zinn of Cincinnati, OH; 5 nieces, Leesa Helt and her husband, Kris of Martins Ferry, OH, Jamie Machine and her husband, John of Wheeling, WV, Krista Irwin and her husband, Jeremiah of Cincinnati, OH, Lindsay Cordes and her husband, Jason of Fort Wayne, IN and Andrea Hicks and her husband, Sam of Wheeling, WV; a nephew, Jared Ignace and his wife, Jolie of Weirton, WV and two cousins, Linda Wright and her husband, Phil of St Clairsville, OH and Bobby Shelek and his wife, Linda of Wheeling, WV.
Services were held on Saturday, December 19, 2015. Interment was in Greenwood Cemetery, Wheeling, WV.
