Carol Cole Hazard
Carol Cole Hazard was born on November 6, 1949 in Cleveland, OH to her parents Harmon and Emadel Cole. She passed away on September 3, 2015 in Cape Coral, FL.
Carol is survived by her brothers Harmon “Buzz” (Janet) Cole III and Harley “Scoop” (Brenda) Cole. She is preceded in death by her parents.
