Robert “Bob” E. Morris
Robert “Bob” E. Morris, 81, of Cape Coral passed away Wednesday July 15, 2015. He was born in Fayette, OH in 1934 to the late James W. and Mahala Morris. Bob graduated from Franklin University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. He then joined the US Navy where he served honorably for 30 years retiring as Chief Petty Officer. He moved to Ft. Myers in 1971 and began working for the State of Florida’s Department of Health Services where he met and married Carmen. He retired in 1996 and began enjoying traveling, gaming, fishing and baseball. Bob is survived by his wife of 28 years, Carmen, eight children: Tom Morris, Angel Temple, Bobby Morris, Ellen Newland, Maggie Morris, Yvonne Werline, Annette Carrasquillo, and Kathryn Hann; one sister Betty Williams; sixteen grandchildren and ten great grandchildren.
