Amanda Dawn Lindley

Amanda Dawn Lindley, 37, was granted her angel wings Tuesday, Sept. 16, 2014. She was born in St. Joseph, Mich., Oct. 17, 1976, to Norma and Wendell King.

She was the youngest child of four siblings who have always had a strong, loving bond with one another. She graduated from Kalamazoo Valley Community College with and associates degree in arts and communications and moved to Punta Gorda, Fla., in late 2011.

Her main priorities in life were her two children, Jared Webb (19) and Peyton Lindley (13), whom she loved and adored unconditionally. She enjoyed spending time with family and friends, walking on the beach and watching sunsets. She also liked hanging out with her true love, Jason Metz, who loves and adores his earth angel. She also loved riding ATVs with her mud buddies. She cherished her animals and any animal that crossed her path.

She is survived by her two children; parents; three siblings, Tina King, Darrell King and Roger King; sisters-in-law, Nicole King and Sherry King; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, other family and friends. She will be dearly missed and remembered for her free spirited personality and giving, affectionate heart.

Memorial services will be held at 4 p.m., Tuesday, Sept. 23, at Grace United Methodist Church, 13 S.E. 21st Place, Cape Coral.
