James Raymond Quinton
James Raymond Quinton, 81 of North Fort Myers passed away Saturday, April 30, 2011. He was born Aug. 14, 1929, in Cambridge, Mass., to Joseph and Gertrude Ansell Quinton. He was a veteran of the Korean War serving in the U.S. Army. He has resided in the area since 1996 coming from Framingham, Mass. He enjoyed fishing and boating and his time with his dogs.
He is survived by his loving family, including his wife, Rosalie Rufo Quinton; sons, Joseph (Neila) Quinton of Framingham and Glenn (Tina) Quinton of Seattle; five grandchildren, Igor, James, Michael, Sean and Owen; his former wife, Margaret Mary Quinton of Natick, Mass.; and many friends.
In addition to his parents, he is predeceased by his son, James Raymond Quinton Jr.
The family will receive friends Tuesday from 11 a.m. until the celebration of his life at 1 p.m. at Coral Ridge Funeral Home, 1630 S.W. Pine Island Rd., Cape Coral.
