J. William (Bill) Durkin
J. William (Bill) Durkin, 62, of Cape Coral died Wednesday, March 23, 2011, at his residence under the care of Hope Hospice. He was born on April 3, 1947, in Bryn Mawr, Pa., a child of Dr. Edward C. and Thelma (Ligon) Durkin.
A resident of Cape Coral for the past 4 years, he previously lived in Osborn, N.J., and Philadelphia. A 1969 graduate of Penn State University, he was employed in the banking industry during his professional career.
He is survived by his loving wife, Shohreh (Khodadad) Durkin; his sister, Keenan Crane of Philadelphia; and his children, Clayton and Lauren Durkin.
In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his sister, Ligon Fox.
