Robert Prentice Burns
Robert Prentice Burns, 74, of Cape Coral passed away Friday, June 25, 2010. He was born on May 22, 1936, in the Philippines to Robert and Catherine Burns.
He is a veteran of the Korean War serving in the U.S. Air Force. He was a member of the American Legion Post 90 and Moose Lodge 2395, both in Cape Coral.
He is survived by his loving family, including his wife of 46 years, Ramona Grigsby Burns; children, Dori (Robert) Lane and Robert (Jamie Root) Burns; and granddaughter, Leah Robinson.
Visitation will be from 10:30 a.m. until the funeral service at 11 a.m., today, June 29, at Coral Ridge Funeral Home, 1630 S.W. Pine Island Road, Cape Coral, with military honors by the VFW Post 8463, ape Coral.
