Patricia A. Vanore
Patricia A. Vanore, 74, of Cape Coral passed away Monday, March 1, 2010.
She was born March 24, 1935, in Hughesville, Pa., the daughter of LeRoy and Nashla (Ashkar) Hopkins.
She enjoyed sewing, music, dancing and NASCAR. She loved spending time with her family, cherished her many friends and above all, she loved the Lord Jesus.
She leaves to cherish her loving memory two daughters, Concetta (Richard) Rose of Cape Coral and Gloria (Ken) Ayers, also of Cape Coral; two sisters, Barbara Wade and Judith Hopkins; a brother, LeRoy (Tony) Hopkins; and 12 grandchildren.
She was predeceased by her loving husband of 54 years, Richard; sister, Mary Katherine (Kitty); son, Richard; and grandson, Brian.
A celebration of her life will be held Saturday, March 6, at 1 p.m., at Kingsway Christian Center, 2016 Kismet Parkway, Cape Coral.
Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Gendron Funeral & Cremation Services Inc., Fort Myers.
