Adam Stephen Brightbill
Adam Stephen Brightbill, born Friday, Oct. 30, 2009, at Bayfront Medical Center in St. Petersburg, Fla., passed away Tuesday, Nov. 3, 2009.
He is survived by his loving family, who miss him dearly, including his parents, Stephen and April Lemm Brightbill of Cape Coral; sister, Allison Brightbill; maternal grandparents, Debra and Karl Lemm of Fort Myers; paternal grandparents, Annette and Charles Brightbill of Cape Coral; great-grandparents, Sue and William Shreve of North Fort Myers; great-grandmother, Lena Biondo of Cape Coral; and aunts, uncles and cousins.
Services will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, with visitation to begin at noon at Coral Ridge Funeral Home, 1630 S.W. Pine Island Road. Burial to follow at Coral Ridge Cemetery.
