Walker Calver “Bud” Charles
Walker Calver “Bud” Charles, 70, of Cape Coral, passed away Tuesday, Oct. 27, 2009. He was born Sept. 14, 1939, in Chicago, to George and Marie (Ring) Calver, who predeceased him.
He served honorably in the U.S. Air Force.
He was the owner and operator of Arkansas Sling Inc. in Little Rock, Ark. He was an avid hunter and fisherman, and a member of the Elks Lodge and NBS Boat Club.
He is survived by his wife of 33 years, Gayle.
A memorial service will be conducted at 2 p.m. Monday at the Fuller Funeral Home, 3740 Del Prado Blvd. S.
