Doreen L. DeMarchis
Doreen L. DeMarchis, 70, of Cape Coral, died Monday, Oct. 26, 2009, at Hope Hospice in Fort Myers. She was born June 20, 1939, in Homestead, Pa.
She married Raymond in 1959 and lived in Jeannette, Pa., for many years. She moved to Cape Coral in 2002.
Survivors include her husband, Raymond; children, Richard (Caroline) DeMarchis of Minnesota, and Michele (William) Jacobelli of Cape Coral; sister, Edith Vucish of South Carolina; brothers, George Palmer of Pennsylvania, and Jack Palmer of Florida; and grandchildren, Bryana, Brandon, Gabrielle, Christine, Michael and Gina.
The family will receive friends for viewing from 5-7 p.m. Thursday at the Metz Funeral Chapel. A scripture wake service will be conducted at 7 p.m. Burial will take place in Greensburg, Pa., at a later date.
