Nadine Pikiel Herring
Nadine Pikiel Herring, 93, of Cape Coral, died Oct. 5, 2009, at the Cape Coral Hospital. She was born Dec. 7, 1915, in Esthonia, a child of Anatole Oswald and Anastasia Karloff (Gorbach) Pikiel.
She was a registered nurse and a member of the First Baptist Church, where she was active in one of the adult Sunday school classes.
She was the wife of James Herring, who died 10 years ago.
A memorial service will be conducted at 10:30 a.m. Sunday at First Baptist Church, 4117 Coronado Parkway. Her family will receive friends immediately following the morning worship service in a church parlor. Burial will take place privately at a later date in the family plot in Hartselle, Ala.
In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be sent in her memory to the above named church.
