Harold B. Page
Harold B. Page, 86, of Cape Coral, passed away Wednesday, Sept. 16, 2009, at Cape Coral Hospital. He was born May 4, 1923, in Elmwood, Ill., a son of Darl and Jessie Hope Page, now deceased.
He was a U.S. Navy veteran, serving honorably in World War II and Korea.
He was a retired air traffic controller. He was a member of the VFW Post 8463 and was a sailing enthusiast.
For the past year, he was a resident of Coral Trace Nursing Home. He had resided in the Cape since 1978.
He is survived by his daughter, Constance Updike of Cape Coral; son, Allan Page of Wauchula, Fla.; grandchildren, Teresa Robertson, Jody Carroll, Andrew Page, Shannon Page and Alexander Page; great-grandchildren, Kaitlyn Ferries, Amanda Carroll, Tyler Carroll, Kaylee Carroll, Kaylee Page and Maddox Kerrels; and brothers, David Page of Cape Coral and Larry Page of Fort Myers.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Imogene Page; brothers, Wayne Page and Rollen Page; and sister, Marcella Teets.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Monday in the chapel of Coral Ridge Funeral Home. There will be no prior calling hours. Interment with military honors will follow in Coral Ridge Cemetery.
