George Way Gould
George Way Gould, 79, of Cape Coral, formerly of North Fort Myers, went home to be with Our Lord Monday, Sept. 14, 2009. He was born in Hardwick, Vt., to George and Ruth Hamilton Gould.
He was a veteran of the U.S. Navy.
He had always enjoyed playing tennis and bridge, snow skiing and did a lot of traveling.
Our memories will be the legacy of his love.
Leaving behind to cherish his memory are his loving daughters, Christine (Robert) Durepo, Joan (Robert) Gallant, Monica (Kenneth) Pribanic, all of Lee County, and Charlotte (Jay) Needham of Amarillo, Texas; 10 grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren.
He was predeceased by the love of his life, Sharon, in June 2008.
A memorial service to celebrate his life will be held at 4 p.m. Saturday at Coral Ridge Funeral Home, 1630 S.W. Pine Island Road. Interment will be held at Coral Ridge Cemetery.
