Carl Richard Heilman
Carl Richard Heilman, 74, of Cape Coral died Saturday August 8, 2009. Carl was born in Mansfield, OH in 1935 to Carl and Flossie Heilman. He graduated from Lucus High School and joined the US Navy. Following his military service, Carl began working at General Motors in Mansfield.
He retied after 30 years of service. After wintering in Key Colony Beach, FL for many years he moved to Cape Coral in 1991.
Survivors include his wife of 25 years Terri, two sons; Robert of Orlando and Richard of Hampstead, MD, one daughter Kathy Bellomy of Mansfield, OH and five grandchildren; Jamie & Jessica Heilman and Jason Brandt and Jill Riggenbach and Jerry Bellomy.
A remembrance gathering will be held Tuesday August 11, 2009 at 5:00 P.M. at Rumrunners Restaurant in Cape Coral. Memorial contributions may be made to Hope Hospice.
