Ronald A. Dellaero
Ronald A. Dellaero, 60, of Cape Coral, passed away Saturday, June 6, 2009. He was born Oct. 17, 1948 in Brooklyn, N.Y., and moved to Cape Coral from Mount Kisco, N.Y., in 1999.
His life revolved around music. After moving to Cape Coral, he co-founded and was a vocalist for the Del Prados, a well known local Doo-Wop group.
Left to cherish Ron’s memory is his loving wife of 11 years, Joanne; his son, Robert Dellaero of Bronx, N.Y.; his two brothers, Raymond (Linda) Dellaero of Tampa and Thomas (Janice) Dellaero of Long Island; nephews, Jason, Paul, David and Kenny; his niece, Laurie; great-nephews, Gavin, Christopher, Matthew, Jeffrey, James and William; great-nieces: Emily and Elissa; and a host of friends and fans.
Funeral services will be conducted at 7 p.m. Thursday, June 11, at Fort Myers Memorial Gardens Funeral Home, 1589 Colonial Blvd., Fort Myers. Friends will be received from 5 p.m. until the time of the service.
