Ruby Eller, 86, of Cape Coral, passed away Tuesday, April 21, 2009, in Port Charlotte, Fla. She was born May 26, 1922, in Wilkesboro, N.C.

She came to Florida years later with her husband, Allie B. Eller, who is now deceased.

She is survived by her sons, James T. (Cora) Eller of Port Charlotte, Fla., and Dennis B. (Colleen) Eller of Cape Coral; daughter-in-law, Judy Eller; nine grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her son, Robert Eller.

Visitation will be held from noon Thursday until the funeral service at 2 p.m. at Coral Ridge Funeral Home, 1630 Pine Island Road, with the Rev. James Smith officiating. Entombment will follow at Coral Ridge Cemetery.
