Frances H. Howard
Frances H. Howard, 53, of Cape Coral, our beloved wife, loving mother, daughter, sister, grandmother and dear friend, passed away Wednesday, Dec. 17, 2008, in Cape Coral. She was born Oct. 30, 1955, in Long Island, N.Y.
Moving to Cape Coral in 1985 from Long Island, N.Y., she managed the Elbow Room in Fort Myers.
She is survived by her loving husband of 34 years, Russell; sons, Daniel (Laura) Howard and William (Tonya) Howard; daughter, Leah (Jason) Swinford; father, George W. (Suzy) Partridge; sisters, Susan (Shawn) Joiner and Christine Partridge; and grandchildren, Zackery, Makayla and Kylie.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Sophia Failla Partridge, and brother, George W. Patridge Jr.
Funeral Service will be conducted at 4 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 21 at Fuller Cape Coral Funeral Home, 3740 Del Prado Blvd. S. The family will receive friends from 2-4 p.m.
