Mary Ann Lager
Mary Ann Lager, 87, of Cape Coral, passed away Friday, Oct. 17, 2008. She was born March 12, 1921, in Chicago, to Rudolph and Anna Miklos.
She moved to the area in 1977. She was a member of Christ Lutheran Church. She enjoyed crafting and shelling, but most of all she was very in tune with her grandchildren and loved spending time with them.
She is survived by her loving family, including her son, Al (Shelly) Lager Jr. of Cape Coral; daughter, Sandra (Jeffry) Standish of Cape Coral; grandchildren, Jerry Kuehn, Al Lager III, Brian (Brittany) Mariea and Jenna Lager; great-grandson, Landon Mariea; sister, Amelia Georgetta; brother, Joseph Miklos; and sister-in-law, Irene Miklos.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Alf Lager, and brother, Ruddy Miklos.
Visitation and funeral services were held Monday at Coral Ridge Funeral Home, with the Rev. Gary Lacroix officiating. Burial followed at Coral Ridge Cemetery.
