Helen M. McNulty

Helen M. McNulty, 77, of Cape Coral, passed away peacefully Saturday, Sept. 13, 2008, at her home. She was born Aug. 2, 1931, in Cowden, Ill., the daughter of the late Jerome and Zora O’Donnell and the sister of the late Jerry O’Donnell.

She graduated from the University of Illinois, where she met and married William I. McNulty on Oct. 24, 1953. The couple raised three daughters, Susan L. (deceased), Patricia L. and Kerry M. McNulty.

The McNulty family resided in Ann Arbor, Mich., where she enjoyed a successful career as an executive. She first managed a consulting group and then became the executive assistant to the founder of Domino’s Pizza Inc., Thomas S. Monaghan. She also served as corporate secretary. Following her retirement, the couple relocated to Cape Coral in 1989.

She was supportive of their church, St. Andrew Catholic Church. She also was active in bridge clubs, Power Squadron, Nauti Skippers, Sea Drifters, IOOB and the Cape Coral Elks.

She is survived by her loving husband of 56 years, William; daughters, Patricia and Kerry; grandchildren, Arden and Livia; and niece, Julie Salee.

Mass in celebration of her life will be conducted at 11:30 a.m. Friday at St. Andrew Catholic Church, 2628 Del Prado Blvd. Family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m. Thursday at Fuller Funeral Home, 3740 Del Prado Blvd. S.

Memorial gifts may be made to Hope Hospice, Octagon Wildlife Sanctuary or the Humane Society.
