Elizabeth Szabo
Elizabeth Szabo, 91, of Cape Coral, formally of Garfield, N.J., passed away to be with our Lord on Monday, July 14, 2008.
She was the beloved wife of John, now deceased, for 59 years. She was the loving mother of Elaine E. DiRenzo; the most loved grandmother of Matthew and Beverly DiRenzo, Gregory and Michele DiRenzo, and Pamela DiRenzo; the beloved great-grandmother of Zekial, Tyler, Leanna, Gregory, Kristen, and Jaredd; the loved sister of Marie Ackermann, now deceased; the loving godmother to the Rev. Henry Ackermann and Sarah; aunt to Dr. Ernest Ackermann and Lynn and family, and to Valia Ackermann and family. She was also cherished as a loving godmother to many others.
She was known as “Ersi” to her beloveds with whom she spent most of her time teaching how to love unconditionally and how to cherish the values and support of family.
Before moving to Cape Coral, she resided in Paramus, N.J. She was a member of the Hungarian Reformed Church in Passaic, N.J.
A ceremony will be conducted by the Rev. Henry Ackermann at the Florida National Cemetery in Bushnell, Fla.
