The deadline for General Election voters to submit Vote-by-Mail and Provisional Ballot Signature Cure Affidavits to the Lee County Supervisor of Elections Office is 5 p.m., Thursday, Nov. 10.

Voters who received notification of a signature discrepancy on their Vote-by-Mail or Provisional Ballot must complete and return a Signature Cure Affidavit along with a copy of one form of identification to ensure their ballot will be counted.

The signed affidavit and attached copy of ID may be returned by mail, fax, email (as an attachment), or hand-delivered to any branch office location.
