League of Women Voters to hold Virtual Candidate Forums

In July, the League of Women Voters of Lee County will hold Virtual Candidate Forums prior to the Aug. 23, 2022, Primary Election.

League members and the public may submit questions by July 3 to leevoterinfo@lwvlee.org.

The LWV of Lee County is developing questions for these offices:

• County Commissioners, Districts 2 and 4

• School Board members, Districts 1, 4, 5, and 6

• City of Cape Coral, Mayor and Districts 1, 4 and 6

• City of Fort Myers, Mayor and City Wards 1, 3 and 5

• Lee County Court Judges, Group 4

In addition, the races scheduled for the Tuesday, Nov. 8, 2022, General Election include:

• Clerk of Circuit Court and Comptroller

• Lee County Mosquito Control District, Areas 2, 4, and 6

• Lee Memorial Health System Board of Directors, Districts 2, 3, and 4

• City of Bonita Springs, Districts 1, 3, and 5

• Town of Fort Myers Beach, Seats 1 and 2
